I’ve been testing out with piwik using the noscript tracking code. 

Good news:  It works.

Bad news:  Hardly any traffic.  Only a few visitors over the last 12 hours  :-(

Have you tried piwik?  It’s free and I find it easier to use than analytics.  Also, I’m just testing out tracking with SLL – looks good so far.
